流态砂生产中,为防止粘模,一般在木模上喷硝基磁漆或过氯乙烯漆,而且每造一次型木模上要刷一层机油或氯化石蜡等液体油性物质,不但操作麻烦,增加了成本,还恶化了劳动条件,有时粘模还比较严重。为解决流态砂粘模问题,我们通过反复实践,终于找到了一种效果良好的脱模剂(聚苯乙烯－甲苯溶液),现已在武汉铸造厂全面应用,深受工人师付欢迎。
