目的探讨乳腺影像报告及数据系统(breast imaging-report and data system,BI-RADS)词典对微钙化标准描述词语的阳性预测值及其诊断价值。方法复阅69例数字化乳腺X线摄影发现BI-RADS 3~5类微钙化患者,均对其微钙化进行描述,同时利用数字化乳腺X线三维立体导丝定位技术,对不能扪及的微钙化进行术前定位,并与病理结果进行对照研究,总结分析用BI-RADS词典对乳腺微钙化进行描述词语阳性预测值。结果 69例乳腺微钙化病例中,良性41例,恶性28例,良性钙化以针尖样(占7.1%)、粗糙不均(占22.2%)、无定形微钙化(7.8%)为主;恶性以细小多形性(60.9%)、线样分支样(100%)为主。结论 BI-RADS词典对乳腺微钙化的描述对临床阳性预测值有价值。
Objective To investigate the positive predictive value and its diagnostic value of the dictionary of microcalcifications in the description of breast imaging-report and data system (BI-RADS). Methods A review of 69 cases of digital mammography found that BI-RADS 3 ~ 5 microcalcification patients were described on their micro-calcification, while the use of digital mammography three-dimensional wire positioning technology, can not palpable microcalcification Preoperative positioning, and pathological findings were compared with the study, summarize the use of BI-RADS dictionary of breast microcalcifications described the positive predictive value of words. Results Of the 69 cases of breast microcalcifications, 41 were benign and 28 were malignant. The benign calcifications were mainly needle-like (7.1%), uneven (22.2%), and amorphous microcalcifications (7.8%). Malignant Small pleomorphism (60.9%), line-like branch-like (100%) based. Conclusions The BI-RADS dictionary description of breast microcalcifications is of value in clinical positive predictive values.
