以辣椒苗为试材,采用盆栽称重法将辣椒土壤含水量控制在40%~50%,将不同浓度的维生素C溶液(0、20、40、60、80、100、120 mg·L-1)对辣椒叶面进行喷施,通过测定辣椒根系的形态指标和生理指标,研究了不同浓度维生素C对干旱胁迫下辣椒苗期根系生长的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的维生素C能够缓解干旱胁迫对辣椒根系生长的影响,提高辣椒根系的吸水和保水能力;表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制,维生素C浓度为40 mg·L-1时,干旱缓解效果最显著,根系的含水量、质膜透性分别比对照减少2.58%和11.46%,辣椒根系长度、根系活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量分别比对照增加0.273%、1.33%、11.1%和13.61%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性比对照增加12倍。
Taking pepper seedlings as test material, the soil moisture content of pepper was controlled at 40% ~ 50% by pot weighing method.
