简述了交互设计的理念及将其引入政府网站信息服务过程中的价值;结合服务型政府网站参考模型,提出了融入交互设计理念、方法与技术的政府网站信息服务优化理论框架;以情景访谈法、卡片分类法以及焦点小组法在政府网站信息服务过程中的应用为例进行了分析,并从一定程度上验证了理论框架的效度,以期为解决当前政府网站存在的易用性、交互性问题提供参考。
The concept of interactive design and the value of introducing it into the process of information service of government website are briefly described.
