本文分析了集成电路设计和制造方面的特点及参数最优化的一般性问题.分析了集成电路设计初级阶段多目标优化的必要性和必然性.从这些特点出发综合了目前在这一领域已有的工作和方法,并就多目标优化的数学方法,集成电路设计和制造的统计性规律以及多目标优化的特殊对策作了较详细的描述.同时,给出了作者在此方面的一些工作.本文的目的是通过分析和讨论,给出集成电路优化设计的特殊性以及目前存在的问题,同时看到这一研究的必要性,以明确其研究目标和方向.
This paper analyzes the characteristics of integrated circuit design and manufacturing and parameter optimization of the general issues.It analyzes the necessity and necessity of multi-objective optimization in the initial stage of the integrated circuit design.From these characteristics, we have synthesized the current existing in this field Work and methods, and described in detail the mathematical methods of multi-objective optimization, the statistical laws of integrated circuit design and manufacture, and the special countermeasures of multi-objective optimization.At the same time, some author’s work in this area is given. The purpose of this paper is to give the particularity of the optimal design of integrated circuits and the existing problems through analysis and discussion, and to see the necessity of this research so as to clarify the research objectives and directions.
