神经胶质瘤一般呈浸润性生长,与周边正常组织边界不清,故常规手术方法难以将其完全切除,加之胶质瘤细胞对放化疗均不十分敏感,故总体治疗效果不佳,治疗后极易出现局部复发。近10年来治疗方法不断进步,现今最常用的治疗方法是手术切除后配合放化疗,但是总体生存率依然不高。目前研究发现,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在神经胶质瘤的发生、发展中起到极其重要的作用,这一发现有望为胶质瘤的诊断和治疗提供新思路。本文就目前lncRNA在神经胶质瘤领域的研究进展作一总结。

The current study found that long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an extremely important role in the occurrence and development of glioma, and this finding is expected to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of gliomas. This article summarizes the current advances in lncRNA in the field of glioma.
