一.背景与现状2002年至2005年的杭州旅游景点门票制度改革后,杭州西湖风景名胜区17家事业单位管理养护的83个景点已有62个实行免费开放。市政府期待通过免费开放这一方法带动旅游业以及食、宿、行、游、购、娱等相关服务业的发展,力争将杭城打造为旅游休闲之都。 I. Background and Status After the reform of the ticket system for tourist attractions in Hangzhou from 2002 to 2005, 62 of the 83 scenic spots managed and maintained by 17 public institutions in Hangzhou’s West Lake Scenic Area have been liberalized. The municipal government looks forward to promoting the development of tourism, food, accommodation, transportation, shopping, entertainment and other related service industries through the free and open method and striving to build Hangzhou into a tourist and leisure capital.
