目的探讨Cripto-1在肺鳞癌组织中的表达,以明确Cripto-1表达与肺鳞癌发生的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测90例肺鳞癌组织中Cripto-1及EMT标记物(E-钙黏蛋白、Snail)的表达,并分析Cripto-1与E-钙黏蛋白、Snail表达的相关性,同时分析Cripto-1蛋白与临床病理资料的关系。结果 (1)肺鳞癌组织中Cripto-1、E-钙黏蛋白、Snail的阳性表达率分别为57.78%、33.33%和43.33%。(2)肺鳞癌组织中Cripto-1与Snail的表达呈正相关(r=0.294,P<0.05),与E-钙黏蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.255,P<0.05)。(3)肺鳞癌组织中Cripto-l蛋白过表达与肺鳞癌的肿瘤分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论肺鳞癌的发生、发展可能与Cripto-1的表达上调密切相关,Cripto-1有望成为肺鳞癌诊治中的一个新的标志物;临床中检测Cripto-1对判断肺鳞癌可能具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Cripto-1 in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung and clarify the relationship between the expression of Cripto-1 and the occurrence of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung and its significance. Methods The expressions of Cripto-1 and EMT markers (E-cadherin, Snail) were detected by immunohistochemistry in 90 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between Cripto-1 and E-cadherin and Snail expression was analyzed Meanwhile, we analyzed the relationship between Cripto-1 protein and clinicopathological data. Results (1) The positive rates of Cripto-1, E-cadherin and Snail in lung squamous cell carcinoma were 57.78%, 33.33% and 43.33% respectively. (2) There was a positive correlation between the expression of Cripto-1 and Snail in lung squamous cell carcinoma (r = 0.294, P <0.05), but negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin (r = -0.255, P <0.05). (3) The overexpression of Cripto-1 in lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly associated with tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusions The occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung may be closely related to the up-regulation of Cripto-1 expression. Cripto-1 may be a new marker in the diagnosis and treatment of squamous cell lung cancer. The detection of Cripto-1 in clinical diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung may have certain The reference value.
