一种新的线扫描选择性激光烧结快速成型(SLS RP)方法可以提高成型效率和对大工件的加工质量。它与一般振镜点扫描完全不同。它使用柱面透镜组将CO_2激光器输出的圆光束改变为细长线束,从点(直径为0.13mm)到最大设计线长(40mm)实现无级变长以适应烧结层面的几何形状。通过对激光功率、扫描速度与线束长度的优化匹配,实现对各种有机粉末材料的有效烧结。应用实践证明这种线扫描工艺的成型效率和加工质量尤其是对大工件的加工质量优于振镜点扫描的工艺方法,可以很大地扩展SLS RP工艺的应用范围。
A new line-scan selective laser sintering (SLS RP) method can improve the molding efficiency and the quality of machining large workpieces. It is completely different from the general galvanometer point scan. It uses a cylindrical lens group to change the circular beam output by a CO 2 laser into an elongated beam that is infinitely variable from a point of 0.13 mm diameter to a maximum design line length of 40 mm to accommodate the sintered layer geometry. Through the laser power, scanning speed and harness length of the optimal match, to achieve a variety of organic powder material effective sintering. Application practice has proved that the forming efficiency and processing quality of this line scanning process are superior to the processing methods of galvanometer point scanning, especially for the processing of large workpieces, which can greatly extend the application range of SLS RP process.
