改良泪小管置管术治疗泪小管阻塞效果观察

目的:观察改良泪小管置管术治疗泪小管阻塞的临床效果。方法:前瞻性研究。收集新乡医学院第三附属医院眼科2017年1月至2019年1月收治的泪小管阻塞患者共90例,根据泪小管阻塞长度分为≥5 mm组(A组)与<5 mm组(B组),每组各45例。均行改良泪小管置管术,观察两组临床效果。结果:术后A组治愈29例(64.44%),有效10例(22.22%),无效6例(13.34%);B组治愈31例(68.89%),有效13例(28.89%),无效1例(2.22%),B组治疗效果优于A组,差异有统计学意义(n χ2=4.029, n P=0.045)。n 结论:改良泪小管置管术治疗泪小管阻塞临床效果确切,对阻塞长度<5 mm者疗效优于阻塞≥5 mm患者。“,”Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified lacrimal canaliculus stent intubation for the treatment of lacrimal canaliculus obstruction.Methods:This was a prospective study. Total of 90 cases with lacrimal canaliculus obstruction from Jan. 2017 to Jan. 2019 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were collected. These cases were divided into the ≥5 mm group as group A and the <5 mm group as group B according to the length of lacrimal canaliculus obstruction with 45 cases in each group. All patients underwent modified lacrimal canaliculus stent intubation. Clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:In group A, 29 cases (64.44%)were cured, 10 cases (22.22%)were improved and 6 cases (13.34%) remained with no improvements. And in group B, 31 cases (68.89%) were cured, 13 cases (28.89%) were improved, and 1 case (2.22%) remained with no improvement. The efficacy of group B was better than that of group A. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (n χ2=4.029, n P=0.045).n Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified lacrimal canalicular intubation for the treatment of lacrimal canaliculus obstruction is confirmed. The efficacy of the <5 mm blocking length is better than that of the ≥5 mm blocking length.
