化学气相沉积制备的Parylene C膜(简称PC膜)表面能低,与其它材料的粘接强度低,钠-萘溶液处理是提高聚合物表面能的常用方法,但需要研究此种处理是否影响PC膜本身的相关性能。考查了钠-萘溶液处理对PC膜性能的影响。结果表明:表面处理使PC膜表面能得到明显提高(水接触角降低),与氟树脂的粘接力明显改善,同时,对PC膜的热稳定性、气体阻隔性、力学性能、透光性能等都没有明显影响。
Parylene C films prepared by chemical vapor deposition (PC film) have low surface energy and low bonding strength with other materials. Sodium-naphthalene solution treatment is a common method to increase the surface energy of polymers. However, it is necessary to study whether this treatment affects PC Membrane itself related performance. The effects of sodium-naphthalene solution on the properties of PC films were investigated. The results show that the surface of PC film can be obviously improved (the contact angle of water decreases) and the adhesion with fluororesin is improved obviously. Meanwhile, the thermal stability, gas barrier property, mechanical property, light transmittance And so have no significant effect.
