项目经理对于项目成败具有举足轻重的影响,项目经理绩效对项目型企业的绩效贡献重大,如何设计项目经理绩效指标及评价是企业绩效管理的重要内容与管理难点。本文通过对路桥项目核心价值、成功要素及价值链的分析,阐述了某路桥公司M项目经理绩效指标设计实践过程,并总结了实践的效果与启示,希望能给路桥等施工项目型企业的绩效管理提供借鉴。
The project manager has a significant influence on the success or failure of the project. The performance of the project manager contributes significantly to the performance of the project-based company.
