据中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)在京发布第38次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示,截至2016年6月,中国网民规模达7.10亿,随着我国社会主义市场经济制度的迅速发展与网络平台的构建,人们的消费观念向国际化潮流接轨,逐渐从传统的面对面购物消费转向通过网络平台来消费。但在网购的过程中,消费者的权益却不断地受到不同程度的侵害,我国当前对消费者权益保护虽然做了相关的立法规定,但还是有一些问题亟待解决。

However, in the process of online shopping, the rights and interests of consumers are constantly being infringed to varying degrees. Although China has made relevant legislative provisions on the protection of consumers’ rights and interests, some problems still need to be solved urgently.
