“舆论导向正确,是党和人民之福;舆论导向错误,是党和人民之祸”,新闻媒体作为舆论先驱,其引导作用关系到党和人民之祸福。特别是在重大事故的应对上,事故单位、政府部门、各新闻媒体都应组织好事故报道,只有抓好了事故报道,提高上稿率,才能正确引导舆论。笔者从事编辑工作近10年,经手的事故报道有数千篇,多次参加特重大事故的策划报道。以笔者所见,目前事故报道受重视程度不够,总体水平有待提高,普遍存在六大如下共性问题: “The guidance of public opinion is the blessing of the party and the people. The misguide of public opinion is the culprit of the party and the people.” As the pioneer of public opinion, the news media has a guiding role that is related to the good and bad fortunes of the party and the people. Especially in response to a major accident, accident units, government departments and various news media should organize a good incident report. Only by properly handling the accident report and raising the manuscript rate can we correctly guide the public opinion. The author engaged in editorial work for nearly 10 years, handling thousands of reports of accidents, many participating in the planning and reporting of major accidents. As far as I can see, at present the accident reports are not given enough attention and the overall level needs to be improved. There are six general common problems as follows:
