拱肋作为钢管混凝土系杆拱桥最为主要的受力构件,因其表层防腐系统破损引起的拱肋锈蚀对结构耐久性造成的影响不容忽视。某大跨中承式钢管拱桥在常规检查时发现CGM防腐层在CGM开裂处、CGM表面有锈点处均锈蚀严重,在CGM表面完好处钢管也出现锈蚀。为检验病害深入程度及防腐系统与钢管密贴程度将防腐系统割除。查明了钢管锈蚀现状,分析了病害产生原因,为后续加固处理提供了技术依据。
Arch rib, as the most important force component of the concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge, can not be neglected because of the corrosion of the arch ribs caused by the damage of the surface anticorrosion system to the structure durability. In a conventional inspection, a large-span, mid-span steel tube arch bridge found that the CGM anticorrosive layer corroded seriously at the CGM cracking point on the surface of the CGM and rust on the surface of the CGM steel tube. In order to test the depth of disease and anti-corrosion system and pipe close to the corrosion system will be cut off. The corrosion status of steel pipe was identified, the causes of the disease were analyzed, which provided the technical basis for subsequent reinforcement.
