利用逐叶排的非线性模型,模拟了单转子压气机在均匀进气条件下失速的形成和发展过程,对失速特征参数的预测结果与试验结果基本相符.模拟了周向稳态总压进气畸变对单级轴流压气机失速特征的影响,畸变进气对压气机的失速特征参数影响不显著,但是畸变流场与失速流场的耦合作用激发轴向气流振荡增强,使压气机呈现出轴向与周向气流振荡两种失稳模态,它们的相互作用对压气机失稳具有重要影响.
Using the non-linear model of leaf-by-row, the formation and development of stall of a single-rotor compressor under a uniform inlet condition were simulated. The prediction results of stalling characteristic parameters were in good agreement with the experimental results. The effect of the steady-state total pressure intake air distortions on the stall characteristics of the single-stage axial flow compressor was simulated. The distorted intake air had no significant effect on the stall characteristics of the compressor. However, the coupling of the distorted flow field and the stalling flow field induced the axial air flow The oscillation is enhanced so that the compressor presents two kinds of instability modes of axial and circumferential airflow oscillation. Their interaction has an important influence on the compressor instability.
