利用片层接种法对全国54份大豆种质资源的大豆疫霉根腐病耐病性进行评价,获得耐疫霉根腐病大豆种质4份,中度耐病种质12份,进一步通过Solexa测序获得5 000个高质量SNP标记,并通过关联分析的方法对耐病优异等位位点的挖掘进行初步探索,挖掘到与大豆疫霉根腐病相关联的SNP标记34个,通过等位基因评价,获得31个优异等位变异,本研究结果将为大豆耐疫霉根腐病分子育种提供理论依据和基础材料。
The inoculation method was used to evaluate the disease resistance of Phytophthora sojae in 54 soybean germplasm resources in China. Four soybean germplasms of resistant to mold root rot and 12 moderately disease-resistant germplasms were obtained, which were further sequenced by Solexa 5 000 high-quality SNP markers were obtained, and preliminary exploration was made on the mining of excellent alleles by using the method of association analysis. 34 SNP markers associated with Phytophthora sojae were excised, and alleles , 31 excellent allelic variations were obtained. The results of this study will provide the theoretical basis and basic materials for the molecular breeding of soybean Tolerance to Phytophthora root rot.
