本文总结了华东化工学院自动化研究所在最近几年内,在高级过程控制系统及理论方面所做的工作,同对指出高级过程控制系统的将来发展趋势。在工业生产过程中,一个优良的控制系统不但要保证系统的稳定性和整个生产过程的安全,满足一定的约束条件,而且应带来显著的经济效益。然而在设计这样的控制系统有时会遇到困难,许多过程往往具有其本身的特殊性,如机理比较复杂,变量间关联严重,而且往往存在着非线性,时滞以及种类繁多的扰动因素。因此对于过程控制系统的设计,要完全采用现代控制理论中已提出的现成方法是不可行的。虽然现代控制理论在航天工业等得到了很大的成功,但是在过程工业中成功应用的例子还不多见。在生产过程控制系统设计中,存在着严重的理论落后于实际应用的问题,克服这种现象的出路是乎在于开发生产过程的高级控制系统的理论和设计方法,要考虑过程系统的特殊性,移植和修正现有的控制理论结果。
This article summarizes the work done by the Institute of Automation of East China Institute of Chemical Technology in advanced process control systems and theories in recent years and points out the future development trend of advanced process control systems. In the process of industrial production, an excellent control system must not only ensure the stability of the system and the safety of the entire production process, meet certain constraints, but also bring significant economic benefits. However, sometimes it is difficult to design such a control system. Many processes tend to have their own particularities. For example, the mechanism is complicated and the variables are highly correlated. Moreover, nonlinearity, time lag and a great variety of perturbation factors often exist. Therefore, for the design of process control system, it is not feasible to completely use the ready-made method proposed in modern control theory. Although modern control theory has enjoyed great success in aerospace industry, there are few examples of successful applications in the process industry. In the design of production process control system, there is a serious theory lags behind the practical application of the problem, the way out to overcome this phenomenon lies in the development of advanced production control system theory and design methods, to consider the particularity of the process system, Transplant and correct existing control theory results.
