石油企业资产管理一般都会采用两级管理,数据流、工作流局限在固定资产实物管理各阶段所用的系统内,与其他管理系统如物料模块、项目管理模块、设备模块等,没有上下融合贯通。固定资产实物管理工作多在线下进行,数据流、工作流在部门之间没有实时共享,没有左右融合贯通。目前应用的资产管理信息系统侧重对在账资产进行价值管理,在价值管理和实物管理融合方面,没有在一个操作平台上进行业务处理,必然会造成不同程度的业务分离。笔者认
Asset management in oil enterprises generally adopts two levels of management, data flow and workflow limitation in systems used in all stages of physical management of fixed assets.
