连续箱梁桥在转体前后结构受力复杂,施工监控目的就是要确保桥体安全及转体过程的平稳性、转体单元成桥后线形及受力状态符合设计要求,通过监控及时地将信息进行分析并反馈到施工现场,有利于有效组织施工。结合哈大铁路客运专线刘房子特大桥主孔(48+80+48)m连续箱梁转体25°上跨既有京哈铁路施工实例,总结了在确保既有线铁路安全营运畅通的前提下对重4 700 kN的转体结构施工监控技术。对监控的主要内容、施工监测手段与过程等方面进行了分析,提出有效的施工控制措施和建议。
