1987~19893年的研究结果表明,在黑龙江省低硒土壤上(土壤水溶性硒平均含量为20ugkg-1)对作物进行叶面喷硒,可使小麦、玉米和大豆籽粒的硒含量从50ugkg-1提高到200ugkg-1以上,提高幅度一般与喷硒量呈正相关,在一定条件下,施用磷肥可促进作物对硒的吸收,喷硒对作物产量影响不明显。叶面喷硒30gkg-1可使小麦、玉米和大豆籽粒中的硒含量达到人们正常营养需要量,且在安全范围内,为防治缺硒疾病提供一条安全可行的新途径。
The results from 1987 to 19893 showed that selenium content in wheat, maize and soybean grains increased from 50ugkg-1 to 50ugkg-1 in Se-enriched soils in Heilongjiang Province (the average content of soil water-soluble selenium was 20ugkg-1) 1 to 200ugkg-1 or more, the increase rate is generally positive correlation with the amount of selenium sprayed, under certain conditions, the application of phosphate fertilizer can promote crop absorption of selenium, selenium spray on crop yield is not obvious. Selenium spraying 30gkg-1 can make the content of selenium in wheat, corn and soybean grains reach the normal nutritional needs of people, and in the safe range, to provide a safe and feasible new way for the prevention and treatment of selenium deficiency disease.
