建立检测制剂中非法掺入的醋酸泼尼松专属性方法。采用液相色谱-质谱联用法。选用岛津VP-ODS C18柱,以0·01mol/L醋酸铵-甲醇(45∶55)为流动相,对非法制剂的提取液进行液相色谱-质谱联用分析。通过与对照品的色谱、紫外光谱及质谱行为相比较,对此类非法药进行定量测定和定性鉴别。在这些非法制剂中均检出醋酸泼尼松,且回收率为98·54%(n=6)。该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可用于分析检测非法制剂中的醋酸泼尼松。
To establish a test method for the illegal incorporation of prednisone acetate specificity method. Using liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. The Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column was used, and the mobile phase was 0. 01mol / L ammonium acetate-methanol (45:55). The extracts of illicit preparations were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. By comparing with reference substance’s chromatogram, ultraviolet spectrum and mass spectrum behavior, the quantitative determination and the qualitative identification of such illicit medicine are carried out. Prednisone acetate was detected in these illicit preparations with a recovery of 98.54% (n = 6). The method is selective and sensitive and can be used for the analysis and detection of prednisone acetate in illicit preparations.
