把壳聚糖和羟丙甲基纤维素溶液相混合,通过相转化法成膜工艺制备壳聚糖和羟丙甲基纤维素共混膜,以猪大肠为黏附对象,考察在不同工艺条件下制得的CS/HPMC共混膜对猪大肠的黏附特征,研究结果表明:在越高温度下成膜,生物黏附性能越差;甘油的加入会使共混膜的生物黏附性能下降,当用量增加到0.2g时,生物黏附性能下降变得平缓;制膜液的浓度越高,所成膜的生物黏附性能越好;随着HPMC用量的增加,共混膜的生物黏附性能增强。并阐明CS/HPMC共混膜的生物黏附性能与在不同条件下成膜所得到的膜片材料结构和表面形态之间的关系。扫描电镜照片显示CS/HPMC共混膜的微观形貌呈多孔结构,这种结构对其生物黏附性能有影响。

Scanning electron micrographs showed that the microstructure of the CS / HPMC blend membrane was porous and its structure affected its bioadhesion.
