企业文化是企业在长时间运作过程中自发产生的,是企业发展与生产的原始动力,并且是企业规模化运作的核心向心力,并能够成为员工自觉遵守的软规章。同时,企业也可以通过建立、完善企业文化对企业内部价值提升,企业形象维护,企业生产效率等诸多关键问题起到一定的作用。纵观国际企业,对企业文化的建设十分重视。因此使其具有较高的行业认可程度以及企业内部的员工向心力。我国在企业管理与文化管理方面还存在诸多漏洞,无法良好地将两者进行有机结合。基于如上现状,我国企业的管理方式以及文化管理模式已经无法适应当下的激烈竞争环境。因此本文针对企业内部管理以及文化管理提出相应的对策。希望能够为企业今后的发展提供理论基础。
Corporate culture is the spontaneous generation of an enterprise during its long-term operation. It is the original driving force for the development and production of an enterprise. It is also the core of the enterprise’s large-scale operation, and can become the soft rule that the employees conscientiously abide by. At the same time, enterprises can also play a certain role in establishing and improving the corporate culture on many key issues such as internal value enhancement, corporate image maintenance, and enterprise productivity. Throughout the international business, attaches great importance to the building of enterprise culture. Therefore, it has a high degree of industry recognition and employees within the enterprise centripetal force. There are still many loopholes in business management and cultural management in our country, which can not be well combined organically. Based on the above status quo, the management mode and cultural management mode of Chinese enterprises can not adapt to the current fierce competition environment. Therefore, this article proposes appropriate countermeasures for internal management and cultural management. Hope to provide a theoretical basis for the future development of enterprises.
