鉴于堆石体颗粒非均质性与离散性特征,堆石体填筑密实程度质量检测评价中引入了不确定性分析置信水平理论。结合依托工程堆石体固体体积率现场检测数据和室内试验方法,研究了堆石体颗粒比重代表值的粒组区间分析方法,以及颗粒吸水率增幅统计特征。提出了堆石体颗粒比重代表值确定的简化实用分析方法,简化了固体体积率检测二粒组区间比重法,同时提出了浮沉法吸水率增幅小于0.5%的固体体积率检测浮沉法适用原则。两种方法对比分析论证了不同区域堆石体强夯冲击加固采用不同工艺的必要性与合理性。
In view of the characteristics of heterogeneity and discreteness of rockfill body, the theory of confidence level of uncertainty analysis was introduced in the evaluation of the quality of rockfill compaction. In combination with on-site detection data of rockfill solids volume ratio and laboratory test methods, the granulometric interval analysis method of the representative value of rockfill volume fraction and the statistical characteristics of particle water absorption increase were studied. A simple and practical method to determine the representative value of the specific gravity of the rockfill is proposed. The method of determining the specific volume of the rockfill is simplified, and the specific gravity of the method is also simplified. The applicable principle of the method is also presented. The comparison and analysis of the two methods demonstrate the necessity and rationality of using different technologies for strengthening and reinforcing rockfill in different regions.
