活性炭床层的反冲膨胀率是滤池设计及水厂运行的重要参数。利用自行设计的一体化活性炭反冲膨胀率测定装置测定了不同温度和冲洗强度下采制于太西和大同的五种活性炭样品的反冲膨胀率。结果表明,20℃时,在19 m/h的冲洗强度下,大同30×60目破碎炭的膨胀率高达66%;冲洗强度为39.5~59.9 m/h时,太西无烟煤制1.5 mm柱状炭的反冲膨胀率为11.6%~30.8%;冲洗强度为39.5~51.0 m/h时,大同烟煤制8×30目破碎炭的反冲膨胀率为22.8%~40%。因此,针对不同活性炭,应选择和设计相适应的活性炭滤池。
The recoil expansion rate of the activated carbon bed is an important parameter for the design of the filter and the operation of the water plant. The recoil expansion rates of five activated carbon samples taken from Taixi and Datong at different temperatures and rinsing intensities were measured by a self-designed integrated activated carbon device. The results showed that at 20 ℃, the expansion rate of Datong 30 × 60 mesh crushed charcoal was as high as 66% under the washing intensity of 19 m / h. When the flushing intensity was 39.5 ~ 59.9 m / h, The recoil expansion rate of Datong bituminous coal made from 8 × 30 meshes was 22.8% -40% when the flushing intensity was 39.5 ~ 51.0 m / h. Therefore, for different activated carbon, should be selected and designed to adapt to the activated carbon filter.
