沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所研制的无刷直流伺服电动机用霍尔位置传感器于1983年12月26日~28日在上海召开了鉴定会。受机械工业部仪表局委托,沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所主持了会议。参加会议的有11个单位16名代表。该项目经过两年多的研究,解决了用霍尔元件制造无刷直流电机用霍尔位置传感器的结构设计、制造工艺和性能测试方法等关键技术问题。该传感器在国内具有先进技术水平,在国际上达到了日本横河电机制作所七十年代后期同类产品的水平。其主要技术指标为:1.输入、输出电阻值,1kΩ左
Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology developed brushless DC servo motor Hall position sensor on December 26, 1983 ~ 28 held in Shanghai appraisal meeting. Commissioned by the Bureau of Machinery Industry Ministry of Instrument, Shenyang Institute of Technology instrumentation presided over the meeting. There are 11 representatives of 16 delegates attending the meeting. After more than two years of research, this project has solved the key technical problems of the Hall sensor such as structure design, manufacturing process and performance testing of Holzer sensor. The sensor in the country with advanced technology and internationally reached the Yokogawa Japan production of the late 70’s the level of similar products. The main technical indicators are: 1. Input and output resistance, 1kΩ left
