[目的]研究不同光强条件对穿心莲植株生长及有效药用成分的影响。[方法]在3个光照培养箱设置相同的温度及不同的光强,分别观察记录不同处理条件下穿心莲生长的农艺性状,并测定其有效药用成分。[结果]在相同的温度条件下,光照强度过高易导致穿心莲植株偏低,总体长势并非越好;而光强最高,穿心莲主要药用成分含量总值最高。[结论]适当的光强较适宜穿心莲的生长,光照强度过高或过低都会影响穿心莲的主要药用成分的提高。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different light intensity conditions on the growth and effective medicinal composition of Andrographis paniculata. [Method] The same temperature and different light intensity were set in 3 light incubators. The agronomic traits of growth and development of Andrographis paniculata under different treatments were observed and the effective medicinal components were determined. [Result] Under the same temperature condition, the light intensity was too high, which led to the low level of Andrographis paniculata, the overall growth was not as good as that of the other. The highest light intensity and the highest total medicinal content of Andrographis paniculata. [Conclusion] The appropriate light intensity is more suitable for the growth of Andrographis paniculata. The higher or lower light intensity will affect the increase of main medicinal components of Andrographis paniculata.
