由中铁十局研发的“小半径曲线段地铁复合式盾构施工综合技术”已通过济南市科技局鉴定。该技术集长距离小半径曲线复合岩层盾构选型及适应性设计、复杂地层盾构及测量、小半径曲线壁后注浆、盾构单井整体始发、盾构管片选型及拼装等技术于一体,研制采用小半径曲线段盾构单井整体始发模式,解决了单井整体始发出渣、管片运输和小半径曲线姿态控制等技术难题,形成了小半径曲线单井整体始发的成套技术。该成果已应用于大连地铁2号线盾构施工。
