目的分析人性化护理在心外科护理质量评价中的影响。方法选取2014年3月—2016年3月在我院心外科收治的346例患者,对其开展人性化护理,运用SF-36生命质量表及症状自评量表比较干预前后护理质量及效果。结果患者干预后恐惧、抑郁、人际关系、强迫及躯体化等相比于干预前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者干预后生命质量各维度得分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于心外科患者,可对其不良情绪给予显著改善,提升生命质量,临床应用价值高。
Objective To analyze the influence of humanized nursing in the quality evaluation of cardiac surgery nursing. Methods A total of 346 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. Humanized nursing was carried out. The quality of care and the effect of intervention were compared before and after intervention by SF-36 quality of life questionnaire and symptom checklist. Results There were significant differences in fear, depression, interpersonal relationship, compulsion and somatization after intervention (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life after intervention were all higher than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in patients with cardiac surgery can significantly improve the bad mood, improve the quality of life and have high clinical value.
