以农药溴氰菊酯为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法合成了对溴氰菊酯具有高度选择性的分子印迹聚合物(MIP).通过平衡吸附实验,评价其对溴氰菊酯的亲和力和选择性.结果表明,与空白NIP相比,溴氰菊酯MIP对溴氰菊酯表现出较高的亲和力.Scatchard方程分析表明,溴氰菊酯MIP上有两类不同性质的结合位点,两种结合位点的解离常数分别为KD1=2.99mg/L和KD2=57.14mg/L,对溴氰菊酯的最大表观结合量分别为Qmax=2.22mL/L和Qmax=16.54mL/L.将该聚合物应用于固相萃取中,以蜜橘为样品的加标回收实验表明,溴氰菊酯MIP固相萃取净化方法的准确度为90%~93%,已达到复杂基质中对溴氰菊酯的检测要求,与行业标准测定结果无显著性差异.

The polymer was applied to solid-phase extraction, the tangerine extract as the sample spike recovery experiments show that, Deltamethrin MIP solid phase extraction purification method accuracy of 90% to 93%, has reached the detection of deltamethrin in complex matrix requirements, and the industry standard determination results no significant difference.
