目的探讨PBL结合手术视频教学模式在泌尿外科规范化医师培训中的效果。方法将60名2014级参加规培的外科学员随机分为两组,一组采用PBL结合手术视频教学模式,另一组采用LBL教学模式,在培训结束后比较两组考试成绩及满意度评价。结果在规范化医师培训结束及3月后,PBL结合手术视频组问诊、沟通能力上优于LBL组(40.6±5.1,40.2±3.4 V.S 35.2±4.3,35.2±4.3,P<0.01),在辅助检查的分析能力上PBL结合手术视频组优LBL组(6.4±1.2,6.3±1.1 V.S5.7±0.8,5.4±1.7,P<0.01),在查体及临床操作能力比较上两组无差异。PBL结合手术视频组对在培训的满意度达到80%(24/30),高于LBL组的50%(15/30)。结论 PBL结合手术视频教学模式有助于提高泌尿外科规培医师问诊、沟通能力、辅助检查分析能力等临床综合能力。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with video-assisted teaching in urology training. Methods Sixty-six surgical students who participated in the training in 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with PBL combined with video teaching mode of operation. The other group was treated with LBL teaching mode. Two groups of test scores and satisfaction evaluation were compared after training. Results After the training of standardized physicians was over and 3 months later, PBL was superior to LBL group (40.6 ± 5.1, 40.2 ± 3.4 VS 35.2 ± 4.3, 35.2 ± 4.3, P <0.01) Examination of the ability to analyze PBL combined with surgical video group excellent LBL group (6.4 ± 1.2,6.3 ± 1.1 V.S5.7 ± 0.8,5.4 ± 1.7, P <0.01), in the physical examination and clinical ability to compare the two groups of no difference. The PBL combined with surgical video group was 80% (24/30) satisfied with training, up from 50% (15/30) in the LBL group. Conclusion PBL combined with video teaching mode of operation helps to improve clinical comprehensive ability of Urology surgeon physician consultation, communication skills and auxiliary examination and analysis.
