采用不同工艺方法改善球墨铸铁厚大部位的球化率,检测了不同工艺下厚大铸件心部的石墨形态、球化率、力学性能。分析了不同工艺方法对厚大铸件心部球化率的影响。结果表明:采用轻重稀土混合使用及高效、长效孕育等工艺方法可将厚大铸件心部球化率提高至≥85%,且开花状石墨减少,力学性能明显提高。
Different methods were used to improve the spheroidization rate of most parts of ductile iron. The graphite morphology, spheroidization rate and mechanical properties of the core were measured under different processes. The influence of different technological methods on the spheroidization rate of thick castings was analyzed. The results show that the spheroidization rate of thick castings can be increased to ≥85% with the combination of light and heavy rare earths and high efficiency and long-term inoculation. The flowering graphite can be reduced and the mechanical properties can be obviously improved.
