病历摘要女 ,１２岁 ,住院号１６３４５８。因发热、呕吐３天伴抽搐、呼吸困难６小时于１９９９年１１月４日入院。患儿入院前３天开始发热、头晕、呕吐 ,不咳。入院前６小时出现间歇抽搐 ,神志不清 ,呼吸困难 ,口唇及指趾端发绀 ,大小便失禁。曾在当地医院抢救无效而转我院。?
