Objective To investigate the effects of wearing shoes and bare feet on foot force characteristics under different ground contact modes. Methods Twelve healthy male subjects with Medilogic insole pressure test system and Kistler three-dimensional force test platform were used to perform jogging and forefoot jogging (3 m / s) while wearing shoes and bare feet respectively Force characteristics, including ground reaction force, impact peak, maximum load rate, peak plantar pressure and impulse. Results (1) When followed by touchdown, wearing sneakers can significantly reduce the maximum load rate and delay the peak impact time. When the forefoot is touched, the maximum force of the pedal when wearing shoes is significantly larger than that of the bare foot. (2) The impact of different touch ways on the pressure peak parameters of the sole region is more than that of the shoes, The difference in peak pressure and time of appearance of foot pressure between the touchdown mode and the hindfoot region. Conclusion Different touch-down methods have more significant effect on foot force during jogging. Shoe heel touchdown can reduce the impact load, while barefoot forefoot touchdown will make foot pressure over focus on the front of the foot, suggesting that jogging no matter what kind of touchdown can be selected by the appropriate sports shoes Reduce the foot force.
