6月30日,北京东站,6417次列车的候车区,早已站满了举着相机拍照的人。有的是来采访的记者,有的是常坐这趟车的乘客,有的只是“慕名而来”的火车迷。所有的人,都是来给6417次列车送行的。当天,是它最后一次运行。6417/6418次从北京始发到承德,票价17元,被称为“全国最便宜的绿皮车”。据列车长吕叶茹介绍:“6417次全程历经30站,时间为6小时24分。而从北京到第一站通州西,票价仅1.5元,很多网友都开玩笑说,咱们这车是比地铁还便宜的火车。”提到换车,吕叶茹感慨万千,“怀旧情绪还是有一些的,但是换车是件好事!提速了,坐着也舒服了,人不能总活在怀旧情绪里不是?”
