传统CMOS图像传感器系统的功耗大,工作过程复杂,应用范围受限。为解决传统CMOS图像传感器存在的不足,提出了一种基于压缩感知的CMOS图像传感器。首先采用压缩感知算法对CMOS图像传感器的模拟像素矩阵进行处理,大幅度减少数据量,然后对CMOS图像传感器的电路结构进行完善,降低CMOS图像传感器的功耗,最后仿真实验结果表明,本文CMOS图像传感器可以加快测量值的获取,而且可以保证图像重构质量,具有较高的实用价值。
Traditional CMOS image sensor system has large power consumption, complicated working process and limited application range. In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional CMOS image sensor, a CMOS image sensor based on compressed sensing is proposed. First of all, using the compressed sensing algorithm to process the analog pixel matrix of the CMOS image sensor, the data amount is greatly reduced, and then the circuit structure of the CMOS image sensor is improved, reducing the power consumption of the CMOS image sensor. Finally, the simulation results show that the CMOS image Sensors can speed up the acquisition of measurement values, and can ensure the quality of image reconstruction, with high practical value.
