为实现电网所有设备的时间一致性,提出一种基于GPS、北斗“双模”卫星共视比对系统的时间同步技术。首先介绍了共视比对系统的原理,分析了系统采用的数据处理算法和工作模式。然后通过一点对多点的共视比对模式,使国家电网所有一级基准时钟溯源于国家授时中心的标准时间,并获得较高的时间同步精度。比对数据表明,GPS模式下的共视比对精度优于5ns,北斗模式下共视比对精度优于15ns。
In order to realize the time consistency of all equipments in the power grid, a time synchronization technology based on GPS, Beidou “dual mode ” satellite co-viewing alignment system is proposed. First of all, the principle of total view matching system is introduced, and the data processing algorithms and working modes adopted by the system are analyzed. Then through the point-to-multipoint visual comparison mode, all the national grid reference clocks are traced back to the standard time of the national time service center, and a higher time synchronization accuracy is obtained. The comparison data shows that the accuracy of the co-viewing under GPS mode is better than 5ns, and the comparision of the co-viewing under Beidou mode is better than 15ns.
