为了对鼓式制动器导热中物理参数和边界条件的有界不确定性进行瞬态温度场分析,建立了制动鼓瞬态温度场数值模拟的有限元计算模型.同时,将其参数和边界条件均视为区间变量,在有限元离散和时间差分方法基础上,将区间有限元分析与摄动方法相结合,导出了有界不确定性参数瞬态温度场响应上下界的摄动计算公式,获得了鼓式制动器结构的瞬态温度场响应范围.计算结果说明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.
In order to analyze the transient temperature field of the bounded uncertainty of the physical parameters and boundary conditions of the drum brake, a finite element model of the numerical simulation of the transient temperature field of the brake drum is established. At the same time, the parameters and boundary conditions Are considered as interval variables. Based on the finite element discretization and time difference method, the finite element analysis and perturbation method are combined to derive the perturbation formulas for the upper and lower bounds of transient temperature field response of bounded uncertain parameters. The response range of the transient temperature field of the drum brake structure is obtained.The calculation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
