目的观察了解供应室清洗消毒后器械受污染情况,分析受污染的影响因素,制定干预措施。方法应用ATP检测系统对供应室工作人员不带手套、戴棉纱手套和戴棉纱手套再戴一层PE手套三种情况下处理清洗消毒后器械的污染状况进行调查。同时对供应室包装人员、消毒员、无菌发放人员2013年3月洗手执行率进行隐蔽观察记录。结果卸载清洗消毒后器械,使用PE手套结合棉纱手套效果佳。供应室包装人员、消毒员、无菌发放人员洗手执行率普遍较低。结论针对供应室清洗消毒后器械受污染情况,应采取有效干预措施,以保证灭菌物品不受污染。
Objective To understand the contamination of equipment in the supply room after cleaning and disinfection, analyze the influencing factors of pollution and make interventions. Methods The ATP testing system was used to investigate the contamination status of equipment after cleaning and disinfection in the supply room staff without gloves, wearing cotton yarn gloves and cotton yarn gloves and then wearing PE gloves. At the same time, the supply room packaging staff, disinfection personnel, sterile delivery staff in March 2013 to carry out concealed observation of hand-washing records. Results Unloading cleaning and disinfection of equipment, the use of PE gloves combined with cotton gloves good effect. Supply room packaging staff, disinfection workers, sterile delivery staff implementation rate is generally lower. Conclusion In view of the contaminated equipment in the supply room after cleaning and disinfection, effective intervention measures should be taken to ensure that the sterilized articles are not contaminated.
