问卷调查现在被广泛应用于医院薪酬设计之中。设计调查问卷必须要遵循一定的原则,在文字的表述上也有一定的规则。问卷调查进行得好将有助于薪酬方案设计者得到真实、准确的第一手资料,了解员工对薪酬的关注点,设计出相对公平和科学的薪酬方案;而且因为员工有参与感,对薪酬方案的认同度会比较高,薪酬方案在实施时遭到的阻力会更小。中山大学肿瘤防治中心在进行薪酬方案设计时采用了问卷调查方法收集资料,设计了具有特色的薪酬调查问卷。
