目的和方法：通过对１８８例老年人尿失禁的临床分析，以探讨老年人尿失禁的病因及治疗方法。结果：用几种药物治疗老年人尿失禁，各组疗效相差不显著，但对药物治疗无效又不能手术者只能进行膀胱训练疗法，７２例病人治愈或好转者３３例，治愈好转率为４５．８％。结论：引起老年人尿失禁的原因很多，必须因病施治，可采取药物和训练相结合的治疗措施
Objective and Methods: To analyze the causes and treatment of urinary incontinence in the elderly by analyzing the clinical data of 188 cases of urinary incontinence in the elderly. Results: The urinary incontinence of the elderly was treated with several drugs. There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the groups. However, only the bladder training therapy was ineffective for patients who were ineffective in medication and 33 cases were cured or improved in 72 patients. The improvement rate was 45 .8%. Conclusion: Urinary incontinence caused by the elderly for many reasons, must be cured due to illness, can take the combination of drugs and training measures
