班级管理是教师在教学任务要求下,对这个班级学生的行为和动态进行全面的管理,从而更好地引领班级有计划、有目的地地利用各项教学资源,其最终目的是为了提升学生的学习质量和效率。做好班级管理工作还是锻炼学生自我约束能力、自我管理能力的重要途径。小学阶段是学生学习能力和综合素质发展的关键时期,小学生特殊的心理特点和行为动态,需要在小学班级管理过程中做到以人为本,积极运用各种激励机制和措施,从而不断提升小学班级管理质量和效率,全面激发学生的学习积极性,提高小学班级管理质量和效率,最终为小学教育服务,提高教育质量。本文主要结合实际情况,首先分析了小学班级管理的激励机制应用的意义和原则,最后论述了小学班级管理中激励机制的构建途径,希望通过本次研究对更好地提升小学班级管理效率和质量,提高小学生的学习积极性有一定帮助。 Class management is the teacher under the teaching task requirements, the behavior and dynamics of this class of students to conduct a comprehensive management, so as to better lead the class planned and purposeful use of various teaching resources, the ultimate goal is to enhance the students Learning quality and efficiency.
