主席、各位委员、各位同志:兹将我专区工作情况概括的报告如下:我区各县地瘠民贫,山多地少,交通非常不便,经济落后,工商业不发达,人民生活贫困,至去年国民党反动政府溃退时,更滥肆收刮破坏,使广大人民陷于饥饿状态。目前海口封锁,以及边沿地区时有股匪骚扰,交通更形受阻。全区于去年七至九三个月的时间先后完全得到解放,九月下旬南下干部到达,进行了全面的接管,建立了专县区各级人 Madam President, Members, Comrades, The following is a general summary of the work in my area: The barren people in all districts of our county are poor and there are few mountainous areas.
