近些年,我国上市公司管理者薪酬激励机制问题成为人们关注的热点话题之一,而目前我国企业管理者薪酬体系改革相对滞后,仍存在诸多问题,薪酬激励机制不够完善。本文从我国现有管理层薪酬激励机制存在的问题出发,提出概括性的解决方案,帮助公司完善管理层薪酬激励机制,提升我国上市公司的国际竞争力。
In recent years, the issue of remuneration incentive mechanism for managers of listed companies in China has become one of the hot topics people pay attention to. At present, the reform of remuneration system of enterprise managers in our country is lagging behind. There are still many problems and the remuneration incentive mechanism is not perfect. Based on the existing problems of incentive compensation mechanism in our country, this paper proposes a general solution to help the company improve the compensation incentive mechanism and enhance the international competitiveness of the listed companies in our country.
