基于对备件的分类和对集团型制造企业备件库存管理现状的分析,提出了将集团型制造企业备件进行分级管理的基本思想,并采用电子市场这一形式对备件进行超市化管理,形成了基于电子市场的备件两级库存管理的框架模型,并进一步分析了电子市场库存管理的功能结构、运作流程和实施中注意的问题,建立了两级库存控制的数学模型,对供应商与电子市场、电子市场与集团内企业之间的备件信息、库存资源进行有效地整合和优化。
Based on the classification of spare parts and the analysis of the status quo of spare parts inventory management in group manufacturing enterprises, the basic idea of hierarchical management of spare parts of group manufacturing enterprises is put forward and the supermarket is managed by the form of electronic market. Electronic market, two-level inventory management of spare parts framework model, and further analysis of the electronic market inventory management function structure, operation flow and implementation of the attention of the problem, established a two-level inventory control mathematical model of the supplier and the electronic market, E-market and intra-group enterprises between the spare parts information, inventory resources for effective integration and optimization.
