聚氨酯泡沫材料的保温性能优异,但阻燃性能差。氢氧化铝是一种有效的无机阻燃剂,但与聚氨酯体系相容性差,通过溶胶凝胶法可以解决相容性问题。通过对加入不同含量原位纳米氢氧化铝粒子的硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料进行性能测试发现,其阻燃性能和物理性能均有显著提高,为聚氨酯泡沫材料的功能化和高性能化发展提出了一条新思路,对工程应用有一定的指导意义。
Polyurethane foam thermal insulation performance, but poor flame retardancy. Aluminum hydroxide is an effective inorganic flame retardant, but with poor compatibility with polyurethane systems, the sol-gel method can solve the compatibility problem. Through the performance testing of rigid polyurethane foam with different content of in situ nano-aluminum hydroxide particles, the flame retardant properties and physical properties of the polyurethane foam have been significantly improved, which provides a new guideline for the functionalization and high-performance development of polyurethane foam New ideas, the application of engineering has some guiding significance.
