武汉葛化工业集团公司的前身为武汉葛店化工厂。经过三十多年的建设,其生产规模跃居全国第10位,经济效益进入湖北省“五十强”。葛化自1986年起,被定为武汉市审计局必审企业,审计之初,暴露出的违纪违规金额数额巨大。但审计局本着一审二帮三促进的原则,督促企业进行整改,加强内部管理,经过几年审计,企业被查出的问题逐渐减少,内控制度日趋完善。在此基础上,葛化集团提出了“两改一抓”战略,即改革、改造、抓管理,经过几年的奋斗,终于使企业走上健康发展之路。改革几年来,葛化实施了“整体推进,重点突破,分步实施”的改革战略,取得了明显的成效,在“三项”制度方面,进行 The predecessor of Wuhan Gehua Industrial Group Corporation is the Wuhan Gedian Chemical Plant.
