高炉炉料要求所用球团矿砷含量低于0.08%,郴州三十六湾河道尾砂制酸硫酸渣砷含量为2.08%。本文在分析砷及含砷矿物的理化性质和研究矿物学特征的基础上,采用球团预氧化-弱还原工艺,开展铁精矿中砷的脱除研究。结果表明,在还原时间80 min,还原温度1 150℃条件下,球团矿中砷的含量降低到0.101%,接近高炉生产要求。
The content of arsenic in the pellets required for the blast furnace charge is less than 0.08%, and the content of arsenic tailings in the tailings of Chenzhou 36 Bay is 2.08%. Based on the analysis of physico-chemical properties and mineralogical characteristics of arsenic and arsenic-bearing minerals, the study of removal of arsenic from iron concentrates was carried out by using the pellet pre-oxidation-weak reduction process. The results showed that the content of arsenic in the pellets decreased to 0.101% at a reduction time of 80 min and a reduction temperature of 1 150 ℃, which was close to the blast furnace production requirements.
