建立了气相色谱质谱法测定聚氨酯塑胶跑道中多环芳烃的分析方法。方法以甲苯为提取剂,经过超声提取和硅胶柱净化后,用气相色谱质谱测定16种多环芳烃含量。在0.5,1.0,5.0 mg/kg添加水平下平均回收率分别为73.8%~88.6%,84.0%~92.3%,88.2%~103.5%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.4%~9.2%,1.3%~8.2%,0.92%~7.3%。使用该方法测定实物样品发现6份塑胶跑道样品中均含有不同浓度的多环芳烃。
A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in polyurethane plastic raceways by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. Methods Toluene was used as the extractant, and after ultrasonic extraction and silica gel column purification, the content of 16 PAHs was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The average recoveries were 73.8% -88.6%, 84.0% -92.3% and 88.2% -103.5% at the level of 0.5, 1.0 and 5.0 mg / kg, respectively. The relative standard deviations RSD were 2.4% -9.2% and 1.3% 8.2%, 0.92% ~ 7.3%. The method of determination of physical samples found that six plastic runway samples contain different concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
